Midas

I have been going to this location for the last three years. When I had money and when I had none the staff were always able to get me what I need. I don’t even think to look anywhere else for service, because no one can provide their professionalism and quality service. I know the biggest fear with mechanics is honesty, so here is a story from the past: #1 I blew the coils in the engine block and called for an emergency visit. I got there 30 minutes before close. They couldn’t fix it right then, but the mechanic pointed me to the parts store down the road and showed me how to fix it. #2 my car wouldn’t start and I had it jumped before work. I took it over there thinking there was an issue with the radiator because the battery was 6months old. There was some small corrosion that was interfering with the connection. They dusted it off and sent me to work no charge. I cannot say you can’t find anyone more honest. But what I can say is that if you need a place you feel safe and cared for. Go here and you will never go anywhere else.

Great experience at Midas Naples! They took care of my car quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. The team was friendly, honest, and never tried to pressure me into extra services. Fast, professional service and fair treatment. I highly recommend them. 😊

Excellent job, by excellent people. Same day service in and out. Were able to put on some very wide tires on my ride with no issues. Matt is the man to see. Always a pleasure.

Never will you find a more honest group of people than at Midas Naples. Matt and his team have taken care of me and my families' cars for years now. Everytime we have ever had to take the car to the dealership, we always double check with Matt to make sure we aren't getting ripped off. Generally, we find Matt can save us thousands of dollars on what we need fixed. Matt and his team provide great service, are honest, and man do you feel good when you walk out of there! Cannot recommend them enough

Miguel and his team were wonderful. The technician also greeted us when he provided us the vehicle keys after completing the service and wished us a good day. A1 customer service. Will recommend them to others!
